A new user experiences this error every time he goes to Note and tries to attach a file from her local desktop. This happens on her IE and Google Chrome.
Solution:
Check that problem related to Notes Attachment (While creating new) only either is also related to user role assigning.
IF = Yes
Go to Services start MS Dynamics CRM server those are (Stop OR Hold).
Specially SandBox Service = Start
and Asyn Service = Restart.
